 Proprietor Ted Gregory opened his first establishment in Montgomery almost 50 years ago. The original was a bar first, restaurant second until he brought in his wife's homemade ribs and sauce. Customers raved and asked for more. Today the Montgomery Inn is the biggest buyer of pork products among independent restaurants, using between 16 and 20 toms of ribs per week.
